“No matter what stage a company is at, sometimes it needs an outside view to keep an eye on the big picture, be guided to the next level of growth, or find better business processes through system improvements.”

Small Business
Are you starting out, run a small or family owned business? Don’t let the lack of knowledge stop you from going after your dream. Avoid the pit falls from starting a business.
Business process improvement is a key to ongoing success. Falling behind competitors and missing the little things compiles into big bottlenecks.

Startups
With a startup, there is a lot to do. Establishing a skilled, core team and culture as well as solid business processes is important. There are too many ways to fail to not have help navigating a new startup.
The biggest struggle for entrepreneurs is having someone to bounce off ideas and provide a full, objective view of problems you will come across. This was Andrew’s biggest obstacle when trying to grow businesses early in his career.

Business Coaching
“No one knows your business more than you. Sometimes you need someone who understands what you are going through. Sometimes you’re too close to the problem. I can provide insight on things being overlooked.
You tried to include friends and family but more often get judgement or complete lack of understanding of your business.
You tried including your most trusted employee but they lack the big picture and growth view.
‘Judge a fish on how it climbs a tree and it will always fail.’
Let me help you by being the sounding board for your ideas and initiatives. Get real feedback based on decades of experience and more importantly, actionable steps to measure progress.” – Andrew Flippo
The Andrew Promise
Andrew works with up to 10 clients at one time. No more than that to avoid being stretched too thin.
Andrew only works with one business type at one time. For example, if he is already working with a gym in San Antonio, TX, he will not take on another gym owner in San Antonio.
If an existing client is national, then all business of that type are off the table as a potential client.
It takes as long as it needs to. This is a case by case scenario. Perhaps you want ongoing coaching, then it could go for many months.
If you just need help with an investor package then it could take a month or two.
Maybe you just need actionable steps to break a plateau, then it might just be one session.
Andrew is available as you need him for as long as you need him.
No. This is legitimate business coaching. This is not a lead in to other products or services.
There may be some mentoring and teaching during sessions but EVERY session provides actionable steps to move forward in your business.
Depends on you. While Andrew will mentor and review documents and provide shortcuts as well as ways to avoid setbacks. Ultimately the work is up to you. He moves as quickly as you want to but he is not running your business. You are.
You get what you put into it.
If you need business plans, investor packages, pitch decks, or any other documentation, if he is available for the work, there is an hourly rate available. He will provide an estimated amount of hours expected based on the business type and stay within those expected hours.
